Note: Integration Overview provides information only for SANs in which Airbridge collects touchpoint data via API integration. More ad channels will be added in the near future.

  • Facebook: Go to [ Integrated Ad Channels > Facebook Business > MMP Integration ] and switch on the Facebook MMP integration toggle to enable.

Cost Data Integration

Cost Data Integration shows the status of cost integration and the latest data updated time

 

SKAdNetwork Integration

SKAdNetwork Integration shows the status of Conversion Value integration and the latest data updated time

  • Facebook: Configure the conversion value event mapping and switch on both the Airbridge event configuration toggle and Facebook iOS campaign integration toggle. Then connect your ad account to enable the integration.
    • Caution! If you toggle off the Airbridge event configuration schema toggle AFTER completing the integration setting, the integration connection stops immediately. 
  • Google Ads: Switch on the campaign integration toggle and connect your ad account.
  • Data is synced every 24 hours 

 

Campaign API Integration

Campaign API Integration shows the status of integration of Apple Search Ads Campaign Management API and the latest data updated time

  1. Go to [ Integrated Ad Channels > Apple Search Ads > Campaign API]
  2. Switch on Campgin API integration toggle
  3. Log in with your Apple Ads account
  4. Select the campaign account you'd like to connect
  5. Data is synced every 4 hours

Status Tags

MMP Integration and App Campaign Integration 

It shows the latest integration status between Ad Channels and the Airbridge based on the last API response with the updated time. To find out the time of the last touchpoint, hover your cursor on the status message.

  • Not configured: Integration is not configured nor completed yet.
  • Waiting: Successfully connected but waiting for data to be pulled. 
  • Success: Touchpoint is successfully collected.
  • Error: Touchpoint data is not being collected successfully. This happens because:
    • Touchpoint data is not returning due to the API server error
    • App ID is not correct, or the connected account no longer holds the access
    • Any other unexpected error occurred

⚠️ There may be cases where data do not exist in the Success status. This means the integration is active but the Ad Partner API returns no matching data.

 

Cost Integration, SKAdNetwork, and Campaign API 

It shows the latest integration status between Ad Channels and the Airbridge based on the last API response with the updated time.

  • Not configured: Integration is not configured nor completed yet.
  • Waiting: Successfully connected but waiting for data to be pulled. 
  • Success: Data is successfully updated and the most recent time that data was received is displayed.
  • Warning: API returned with no matching data due to no active campaigns in the last 7 days.  
    • Airbridge displays the time remaining until the next sync cycle.
  • Error: API returned with no matching cost data. This happens because: 
    • API didn't respond in the latest update
    • Log in error due to account password change, etc. 
    • API Integration token has expired
    • The user deleted the Airbridge dashboard app access
    • The integrated ad account has been deactivated. 

 

Postback

Airbridge provides the full list of the ad channels for which postback is enabled. The number of current postback-activated channels is also displayed in the top right corner of the list.

  • Click View more integtrated Ad channels button to quickly move to the Integrated Ad Channels main page. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. For multiple ad accounts to be connected, the status message and last updated time displayed by which account? 

    For multiple ad accounts, the status message is displayed by the status criticality; Error > Warning > Waiting > Success. The account with a higher criticality will show up and the last updated time will be displayed based on this account status. To check the status of all the connected ad accounts, go to the channel main page. 

  2. Where can I check the details for the Error status? 

    Click >  to expand the window to display the error details or click See details > go to the ad channel's setting page to fix it. 

  3. What do I need to do for the Warning status? 

    Warning status is displayed when the integration is operational but the partner API did not return any matching data to the Airbridge. You may want to make sure your campaign is up and running from the connected ad account.
  4. Can I check the touchpoint data sync status for Apple Search Ads via MMP integration or App campaign integration? 

    As long as Airbridge SDK is installed in your app, all the frameworks required for the attribution measurement are automatically applied without an additional integration process. For more information, read Apple Search Ads Guide.
