Integrate your cloud storage with Airbridge to store the raw data collected by Airbridge. This will allow you to process the data according to your needs.
Airbridge supports integration with the following cloud storage services.
The integration for the following cloud storage services is not yet available in the Airbridge dashboard. To implement the integration, contact your Airbridge CSM and share the required information.
Region ID: Region refers to the geographical location of the Internet Data Center (IDC) where cloud data is stored.
Bucket Name: The name of the bucket created in the Alibaba Cloud account. This differs from the Alibaba Cloud account name or group name.
AccessKey Pair: The required information to access the API. Both AccessKey ID and AccessKey secret in the AccessKey Pair are required.
Region Abbreviation: Region refers to the geographical location of the Internet Data Center (IDC) where cloud data is stored.
Bucket Name: The name of the bucket created in the Tencent Cloud account. This differs from the Tencent Cloud account name.
SecretKey and SecretId: The required information to access the API. Both SecretKey and SecretId are required.
Data is pushed to the cloud storage daily at 7:00 PM (UTC), regardless of your app time zone setup.
Airbridge supports free integration with a single cloud storage. Additional charges apply for integrating with two or more cloud storages.
The cloud storage integration status is shown under the name of each cloud storage on the [Integrations]>[Third-party Integration] page.
Refer to the table below for details about cloud storage integration status. You can also view the integration status specific to each data source.
Status | Description |
---|---|
(No status shown) | The credentials have not been submitted, or the integration status is unknown. |
Configured | The credentials have been submitted, and the data is being successfully pushed to the cloud storage. |
Error | The data hasn’t been pushed due to an error. |
Closed | The cloud storage is not in use. To connect, reach out to your Airbridge CSM. |
Discrepancies between the Airbridge report data and the raw data sent to your data storage often result from differences in aggregation methods. Airbridge uses the event timestamp for aggregation, while the data storage service may use the ingestion date, causing inconsistencies.
To address this, ensure data queries from your storage use the event timestamp for alignment with Airbridge reports. Consider that some events may have a 2-3 day delay between occurrence and ingestion. Therefore, extend your query range by 3 days and filter results by event timestamp for accurate comparison.
