Airbridge supports integration with Mistplay. With the integration, you can track and measure the performance of your Mistplay campaigns in Airbridge.
Navigate to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration] and select Mistplay. In the [Tracking Link] tab, you can create and manage tracking links to measure the performance of your Mistplay campaigns. For detailed instructions on creating and managing tracking links in Airbridge, refer to the articles below.
Postback configuration required
To share in-app events and attribution results with ad channels, postback configuration must be completed before you embed tracking links to your ads.
If the postback configuration is not completed before data collection begins, the data will not be shared with the respective ad channels.
In the [Attribution Rules] tab, you can configure the lookback window and attribution window for Mistplay campaigns. Click Go to edit page to move to the [Management]>[Attribution Rules] page, where you can edit attribution rules.
For detailed instructions on configuring the lookback window and attribution window, refer to the article below.
Follow the steps below to enable cost integration with Mistplay.
To enable cost integration with Mistplay, you need to request the following credentials from Mistplay.
Ad Account ID
API Token
Secret Key
To measure multiple apps with Airbridge, you need to get the above credentials for each app.
Navigate to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration] and select Mistplay.
Select the [Cost Integration] tab. Switch on the Mistplay Cost Integration toggle and click Add an account.
Enter the Ad Account ID, API Token, and Secret Key. Click Submit.
Once the account information is submitted correctly, the Mistplay account is added to the integrated account list. The status will show “Waiting” for up to 4 hours from the time the account is added and will change to “Success” when data is pulled for the first time.
To disable the integration, switch off the cost integration toggle. No data will be pulled once the integration is disabled. Data already pulled into Airbridge is not affected.
The account information remains saved to Airbridge unless you remove the ad account from the integrated account list. By switching back the toggle on, the cost integration is enabled again with existing account information.
Click the […] icon and click Delete to delete an ad account from the integrated ad account list.
If you want to reconnect the deleted ad account, you need to add the ad account and set up the connection from the beginning.
Upon submitting your ad account information to Airbridge, you can check if the integration is running. The status may show “Waiting” even when the account is successfully added if no data has been pulled yet.
For more details on the integration status and data import schedule, refer to the information below.
To ensure accuracy, Airbridge pulls the cost data several times throughout the day.
Frequency: Every 4 hours, 6 times a day starting 3:00 PM (UTC)
Schedule: 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 11:00 PM, 3:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM (UTC)
Data pulled: Cost data from the past 7 days, from D-0 to D-7
Every data batch imported to Airbridge includes the data from today (D-0). Since the cost data is collected 6 times a day, note that the cost data will be finalized within 1 day after it is imported into Airbridge.
The last data update time is found under “Last Updated” in the integrated account list.
The integration status shows your cost integration and data update status at a glance.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Waiting | The ad account is successfully added, but no data has been pulled yet. This status may remain for up to 4 hours. |
Success | The data is being pulled and updated regularly. The last update time is displayed. |
No data | No data has been pulled as the campaign has not run for the past 7 days. |
Failed | The data can’t be pulled due to an error. Some of the most common causes are: |
The cost data pulled from Mistplay can be viewed in Airbridge reports using the metrics and GroupBys below.

---|---|
Clicks (Channel) | The number of clicks measured by the ad channel |
Impressions (Channel) | The number of impressions measured by the ad channel |
Cost (Channel) | The ad spend spent on the ad channel |
Difference between Clicks and Clicks (Channel) metrics
The Clicks and Clicks (Channel) metrics both indicate the number of ad clicks, but their data collection methods differ.
Clicks: Data collected through Airbridge tracking links
Clicks (Channel): Data provided by Integrated Channels
All metrics with (Channel) in their names reflect the measurement reported by Integrated Channels. This rule applies to Impression and Impression (Channel) metrics as well.
Note
The Airbridge report supports the following GroupBys to visualize the data imported through cost integration. The GroupBys available for each channel vary.

In the [Postback] tab, you can configure postbacks and determine which in-app events and attribution results to send as postbacks. The data collected with the Airbridge SDK and tracking links enables you to optimize campaigns and make strategic decisions about budget allocation. For more details on postback settings, refer to the article below.

Read the following information before enabling cost integration with Moloco.
The discrepancies in the cost data between Airbridge and Mistplay may stem from the following reasons.
Cost data import cycle
Airbridge pulls the cost data from the past 7 days, every 4 hours, 6 times a day starting at 3:00 PM (UTC). As the updates are not real-time, there may be data discrepancies between Airbridge and Mistplay, depending on the time of reporting.
Click data aggregation
Airbridge and Appier aggregate click data differently. As a result, the Clicks (Channel) metric data, which is the click data imported from Appier through cost integration, and the Clicks metric data, which is the click data collected by Airbridge, are different. In general, the click count of the Clicks (Channel) metric data is larger than that of the Clicks metric data. For more details about the metrics, refer to this section of the article.
The Cost (Channel) metric, which shows your ad spend reported by the ad channel, displays value only when used with specific GroupBys.
Below are the GroupBys that can be used in the Actuals Report to view data with the metric:
Channel
Campaign
Ad Group
Ad Creative
Depending on the data reported, the metric may not display any value even if you use the GroupBys above.
The data pulled via cost integration is provided by the app time zone and app standard currency set within Airbridge.
To minimize data discrepancy, align your app’s currency and time zone settings in your Airbridge dashboard and your ad channel’s dashboard.
