Possible causes of cost data discrepancy
The discrepancies in the cost data between Airbridge and Liftoff may stem from the following reasons.Cost data import cycleAirbridge pulls the cost data from the past 7 days, every 4 hours, 6 times a day starting at 3:00 PM (UTC). As the updates are not real-time, there may be data discrepancies between Airbridge and Liftoff, depending on the time of reporting.Click data aggregationAirbridge and Appier aggregate click data differently. As a result, the Clicks (Channel) metric data, which is the click data imported from Appier through cost integration, and the Clicks metric data, which is the click data collected by Airbridge, are different. In general, the click count of the Clicks (Channel) metric data is larger than that of the Clicks metric data. For more details about the metrics, refer to this section of the article.
