Airbridge supports integration with Digital Turbine. With the integration, you can track and measure the performance of your Digital Turbine campaigns in Airbridge.
Go to the [Tracking Link] tab and create and manage tracking links for measuring Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads campaign performance. For detailed instructions, refer to the articles below.
Attention
Set up postback before using tracking links. Postback must be set up before data collection to ensure all collected data is sent to the ad channel. If not, data collected through tracking links will not be sent to the ad channel.
Go to the [Attribution Rule] tab to set up lookback window and attribution window. Click Go to edit page to move to the [Management]>[Attribution Rules] page, where you can edit the windows.
Follow the steps below to enable cost integration with Digital Turbine.
To enable cost integration with Digital Turbine, request the following information from Digital Turbine and submit it to Airbridge.
Client ID
Client Secret
Submit your Digital Turbine account information to Airbridge and enable cost integration.
Navigate to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration] in your Airbridge dashboard. Select Digital Turbine.
Select the [Cost Integration] tab. Switch on the [Digital Turbine Cost Integration] toggle and click + Add an account.
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret. Click Done.
Once the account information is submitted correctly, the Digital Turbine account is added to the integrated account list. The status will show “Waiting” for up to 4 hours from the time the account is added and will change to “Success” when data is pulled for the first time.
To disable the integration, switch off the cost integration toggle. No data will be pulled once the integration is disabled. Data already pulled into Airbridge is not affected.
The account information remains saved to Airbridge unless you remove the ad account from the integrated account list. By switching back the toggle on, the cost integration is enabled again with existing account information.
Click the […] icon and click Delete to delete an ad account from the integrated ad account list.
If you want to reconnect the deleted ad account, you need to add the ad account and set up the connection from the beginning.
Upon submitting your ad account information to Airbridge, you can check if the integration is running. The status may show “Waiting” even when the account is successfully added if no data has been pulled yet.
For more details on the integration status and data import schedule, refer to the below information.
To ensure accuracy, Airbridge pulls the cost data several times throughout the day.
Frequency: Every 4 hours, 6 times a day starting 3:00 PM (UTC)
Schedule: 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 11:00 PM, 3:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM (UTC)
Data pulled: Cost data from the past 7 days, from D-0 to D-7
Every data batch imported to Airbridge includes the data from today (D-0). Since Digital Turbine’s data transmission may have a delay of up to 12 hours from the end of day UTC, we recommend verifying the final daily cost data after 12:00 UTC the following day.
The last data update time is found under “Last Updated” in the integrated account list.
The integration status shows your cost integration and data update status at a glance.
The cost data pulled from Digital Turbine can be viewed in Airbridge reports using the metrics and GroupBys below.
Difference between Clicks and Clicks (Channel) metrics
The Clicks and Clicks (Channel) metrics both indicate the number of ad clicks, but their data collection methods differ.
Clicks: Data collected through Airbridge tracking links
Clicks (Channel): Data provided by Integrated Channels
All metrics with (Channel) in their names reflect the measurement reported by Integrated Channels. This rule applies to Impression and Impression (Channel) metrics as well.
Go to the [Postback] tab and set up conditions for sending data collected by Airbridge tracking links and SDK. You can use the data sent through postbacks for campaign optimization and ad spend settlement.
Manage the access permissions of the agencies and have control over which agency has access to your campaign data.
