Agency Settings - TikTok For Business

Jeongwon KimWritten by Jeongwon Kim,

In the [Agency Setting] page, Airbridge users with Owner or Marketer roles can grant agencies permission to access your TikTok For Business campaign data.

Agency users with access permission to your TikTok For Business campaign data can view the integration status and ad account information and add or delete ad accounts for cost integration. Make sure the user has been invited as an agency user beforehand before granting access permission in the [Agency Settings] page. The user type can be viewed on the [Settings]>[User Management] page.

How to Grant Access Permission to Agencies

1. In the Airbridge dashboard, navigate to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration] and select TikTok For Business.

2. In the [Agency Settings] tab, click + Add Agency.

3. Select the agency you want to grant access permission. Agencies that already have access permissions won’t appear in the search results.

4. Configure the rules for the campaigns that the selected agency can access. You can select several agency tags from the existing ones or add new ones. To add a new agency tag, just enter the tag in the search field. The agency tags can be up to 50 characters long, using only alphabet letters, numbers, and hyphens (-).

By selecting “starts with”, you can give the agency access to the campaigns that start with the agency tag you enter. By selecting “ends with”, you can give the agency access to the campaigns that end with the agency tag you enter. For example, if you select “starts with” and enter “example” as the agency tag, the agency can only access TikTok campaigns with names that start with “example.”

5. Click Save to save your configuration. Then, you will see the agency to which you granted access to the TikTok campaign data in the agency list.
