Data Sharing Policy

Following the privacy policy of TikTok For Business, user-level data attributed to TikTok For Business can be viewed for 6 months from the time of attribution. After this period, the data won’t be available via raw data export.

Note that Airbridge reports provide all TikTok campaign data in aggregated form.

Not all data is available in raw data. Only network-level view-through attribution data of TikTok campaigns run after August 1, 2022, with the channel name "tiktok” are available.

TikTok App ID

To ensure the TikTok App ID is verified by TikTok For Business, you need to configure the delivery rule to send events to TikTok For Business regardless of whether the event has been attributed to TikTok For Business or not.

To do that, select the [Delivery Rule] tab, click the [settings] icon of the "Attributed to any channel" and the "All recurring events" row, and select all events you want to send as postbacks.
