This guide walks you through the Airbridge plans and pricing models.
Airbridge offers the Growth Plan and DeepLink Plan. For each contracted plan, 1 organization can be registered with Airbridge. For more details, contact sales.
The pricing model can be contracted based on the MAU or Attributed Installs.
The MAU pricing model uses the number of unique users who have visited the app from the 1st to the last day of each month, based on UTC, to measure the usage of the Airbridge service.
The MAU is aggregated as follows:
Aggregation period: From the first day to the last day of each month
Aggregated data: The total number of unique users who launched the app
The MAU can be monitored in the Actuals Report. In the Actuals Report, navigate to "Saved Reports" and search for "[Billing] MAU." In the "[Billing] MAU" report, you can monitor the MAU of the past 3 months.
Due to additional adjustments, there may be some discrepancies between the MAU count from the previous month when checked on the 1st day of the month and the final adjusted count. We recommend checking the accurate MAU count after the 3rd of each month.
The Attributed Installs pricing model uses the number of attributed app installs to measure the usage of the Airbridge service.
Attributed Installs are app installs attributed to an ad channel or confirmed by SKAN from the 1st to the last day of each month, based on UTC. The specific aggregation method varies depending on the SKAN version and settings used.
When using the Attribution Overlap for SKAN 4.0, the number of attributed app installs is aggregated as follows:
Aggregation period: From the 1st to the last day of each month
Aggregated data: The app installs attributed to ad channels and app installs measured by SKAN 4.0, excluding installs that are also attributed by Airbridge using IDFA (duplicates)
For example, if 700 app installs are attributed to ad channel X and 200 to ad channel Y, the total number of attributed installs is 900. If there are an additional 200 app installs measured by SKAN 4.0 (excluding duplicates), the total number of attributed app installs is 1,100.
If you are NOT using the "Attribution Overlap" feature in Airbridge for SKAN 4.0 or if you are using Airbridge for SKAN 3.0, the number of attributed app installs is aggregated as follows:
Aggregation period: From the 1st to the last day of each month
Aggregated data: The larger value between the number of attributed app installs and the number of app installs measured by SKAN is determined for each ad channel. Then, these larger values from all channels are summed.
Let's say the report shows the following.
Attributed Installs | App Installs measured by SKAN | |
---|---|---|
Ad Channel X | 200 | 15 |
Ad Channel Y | 110 | 300 |
Ad channel X has a higher number of attributed app installs. Ad channel Y has a higher number of app installs measured by SKAN. Therefore, the total number of attributed app installs is 500 (200 + 300).
The Attributed Installs can be monitored in the Actuals Report. In the Actuals Report, navigate to "Saved Reports" and search for "[Billing] Attributed Installs." In the "[Billing] Attributed Installs" report, you can monitor the number of Attributed Installs over the past 3 months.
If you are NOT using the "Attribution Overlap" feature in Airbridge for SKAN 4.0 or if you are using Airbridge for SKAN 3.0, use the "[Billing] Attributed Installs" report for monitoring.
If you are using the "Attribution Overlap" feature in Airbridge for SKAN 4.0, use the "[Billing] Attributed Installs (with SKAN Dedup Installs)" report for monitoring.
Due to additional adjustments, there may be some discrepancies between the Attributed Install count from the previous month when checked on the 1st day of the month and the final adjusted count. We recommend checking the accurate Attributed Install count after the 3rd of each month.
