Xsolla

Integrate Xsolla with Airbridge to include Xsolla events in your performance measurement.

Attention

Xsolla integration requires user data from the Sign-up or Sign-in standard events, so you must collect at least one of these events. For more details, see this section.

Set Up Integration

Integrate Xsolla with Airbridge to send purchase events from Xsolla web shop to Airbridge.

Get credentials from Airbridge

Get your credentials from Airbridge to provide to Xsolla. You’ll need:

  • Application Store ID (iOS)

  • Application Store ID (Android)

  • Airbridge S2S token

  1. In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Integrations]>[Third-party Integration] and select Xsolla.

  2. Copy the Application Store ID for your operating system and Airbridge S2S Token. You’ll paste these values into the Xsolla dashboard in the next step.

Provide credentials to Xsolla

  1. In the Xsolla dashboard, open your project and go to [Integrations].

  2. Select Airbridge.

  3. In the [Mobile app S2S integration], click Configure.

  4. Check the Enable this integration checkbox.

  5. Enter the Application Store ID and Airbridge S2S Token you copied from the Airbridge dashboard into their corresponding fields.

  6. Click Save to complete Xsolla dashboard setup.

Complete setup in Airbridge

  1. In the Airbridge dashboard, turn on the Send events toggle to start sending events.

  2. To share data from iOS users who decline the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, turn off the EPC (Extended Privacy Control) toggle to disable EPC. When EPC is enabled, Airbridge does not share data from users who decline the ATT prompt.

Xsolla and Airbridge identify users and send events based on user data collected from the Sign-up or Sign-in standard events. The data flows as follows:

    1. When a user signs up or signs in to the app, Airbridge collects the user ID along with the event.

    2. Airbridge sends data including the user ID, application ID, and Airbridge ID to Xsolla.

    3. When a user makes a purchase on Xsolla, Xsolla identifies the user using data sent by Airbridge, such as the user ID. In Xsolla, the user ID is called the customer user ID (CUID).

    4. Xsolla then sends purchase events to Airbridge, including data such as the Airbridge ID.

    5. Airbridge measures performance based on the received data.
