NoteThis guide covers how to manage tracking links you’ve already created. To create tracking links, see Create Tracking Links in the Airbridge Dashboard.
Find tracking links
In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Tracking Links]>[Tracking Link Management] to manage all tracking links created via the dashboard, Generator, and API. To create a new one, click Create tracking link in the top right.View by type
Select a date range, then use the Created with and Channel Type filters to find the tracking links you’re looking for. You can select a date range of up to 365 days at a time. For Created with, you can select multiple options among Dashboard, Generator, and API. API refers to tracking links created using the Create Tracking Link API. For the Channel Type, you can select either Integrated Channel or Custom Channel.NoteAll tracking links in Airbridge are created through the Create Tracking Link API. Since the dashboard and Generator are the main ways to create them, they’re categorized as separate creation types. So when you select API as the creation type, only links created directly through the API appear, excluding those created via the dashboard or Generator.
Search and filter
To find a specific tracking link, use search or filter. Search finds links by keyword. Filter narrows the list by criteria and values. For search, enter a term in the search bar. The term must be at least two characters long, excluding spaces. Airbridge searches the link itself, channel names, creation accounts, and all parameters exceptdeeplink_url, then highlights matches in yellow.
For filter, click Add in [Filter] and enter criteria and their values. Enter up to 5 values per criterion by pressing Enter or Space, and click a value to edit it. Click the [eye] icon next to a filter to enable or disable it, and click Clear all filters to reset.
For example, entering “link” returns links that contain “link”, such as promolink or facebook_link, in both search and filter.
NoteIf a short tracking link or a custom channel tracking link with a custom domain doesn’t appear, enter the full tracking link in the search bar.
Download
To export the list, click Download and save it as a CSV file or Google Sheet. You can download up to 10,000 tracking links at once, in the order they appear in the dashboard.Work with individual tracking links
To view, edit, or duplicate a single tracking link, click its row or the [action] icon at the far right of the row.View details • Edit
