When the service contract ends, the current tracking links will no longer work.

Some of the destinations you can set as redirect paths for tracking links when creating tracking links on the [Tracking Link]>[Create Tracking Links] page may not be activated depending on the Airbridge App mode that was configured when registering the Airbridge App. Refer to the information below to learn what destinations can be set depending on the different modes.

Production mode

Production mode apps are apps that have been released or are soon to be released that you want to measure ad performance for.

• For apps after release, the app store page option is active for the app's service environment. You can also enter the web URL of the app store page. To set the [App (Deep Link)] option, enter the deep link details that can be found on the [Tracking Link]>[Deep Link] page in the Airbridge dashboard. For more information, refer to this article. The website can be configured for all service environments.

• For apps before release, the app store page option is not active. The option can be activated when the app is released and the app store page URL is entered on the

  [Settings]>[App Settings] page. You can also enter the web URL of the app store page. To set the [App (Deep Link)] option, enter the deep link details that can be found on the [Tracking Link]>[Deep Link] page in the Airbridge dashboard. For more information, refer to this article. Development mode

Development mode apps are apps in testing and staging environments where you're not measuring the actual ad performance.

• For development mode apps, the app store page option is not active, but you can enter the web URL of the app store page for all service environments.

• To set the [App (Deep Link)] option, enter the deep link details found on the [Tracking Link]>[Deep Link] page in the Airbridge dashboard. You can enter only the web URL as the fallback path of the deep link. For more information, refer to this article. The website can be configured for all service environments.

Below is the error message that appears when you click [Generate Tracking Links] without entering the App Name and Tracking Link API Token in the [Required info] tab. Navigate to [Settings]>[Tokens] in the Airbridge dashboard to find the App Name and Tracking Link API Token.

Check whether the channel name is entered correctly in the Channel column in the Generator Template for Custom Channels. Short link generation is only supported for custom channels. Therefore, if you enter an integrated channel name that can be looked up on the [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration] page, short links will not be generated.

If any column in the Generator Template is deleted, the tracking links cannot be generated properly. If you have multiple empty columns, we suggest hiding them with [Hide columns] to see your entries better.

You cannot edit the parameter values in the gray fields in the [Change parameters] tab. If you want to edit a parameter value of a tracking link, you must first delete the tracking link from the [Create Tracking Links] tab and create the tracking link again with the new parameter value. The tracking link with the new parameter value will be made visible in the [Change parameters] tab. If you can’t find it, select the link name again in a different row than the one where the previous tracking link version existed.
