Manage the Sharelinks created from your Actuals, Retention, Revenue, and Funnel reports, all in one place. Refer to the following to manage your Sharelinks. To learn how to create a Sharelink from each report, see Sharing Airbridge Reports.

Status

A Sharelink shares the data from the report it was created from. Pause or resume it to control whether anyone with the Sharelink can access that data. The change applies to all of them.
  • Active: Anyone with the Sharelink can access the data.
  • Paused: No one with the Sharelink can access the data.

Report name

The name of the report the Sharelink was created from. Click the report name to go to that report.

Report type

The type of report the Sharelink was created from. In Airbridge, you can create Sharelinks from the Actuals, Retention, Revenue, and Funnel reports.

Created at

The date and time the Sharelink was created.

Scheduled change

This shows when a Sharelink will next be paused or deleted automatically.
  • 90 days after a Sharelink becomes active, it’s automatically paused, and anyone with the Sharelink loses access to the data.
  • 90 days after a Sharelink is paused, it’s automatically deleted. Resume it before then to keep it.
  • Resuming a Sharelink before it’s deleted restarts its 90-day active period.
  • You can pause an active Sharelink at any time, and as long as it hasn’t been deleted, you can resume it again after pausing.
In the Airbridge dashboard, you can copy a Sharelink to share it, or delete one you no longer need. To copy a Sharelink, click Copy in that Sharelink’s row. Enter the copied Sharelink in your browser’s address bar to download the data as a CSV file, or use it as the =IMPORTDATA() value in Google Sheets to pull the data in.
NoteYou can copy a paused Sharelink, but no one with the Sharelink can access the data. To restore access, resume the Sharelink.
To delete a Sharelink, click the Delete icon in the Action column of that Sharelink’s row.
AttentionDeleting a Sharelink prevents data access everywhere it’s used, including Google Sheets. This cannot be undone, so review carefully before you delete.
In the Airbridge dashboard, open a report and click the Share icon to check the Sharelink’s and report’s status and URL, or to open the [Sharelink Management] page. The Sharelink and report can have the following statuses. Link Report
