Airbridge supports cost integration with TikTok For Business. Airbridge users with Owner or In-house Marketer roles or users who have been granted authorized Agency roles from the [Agency Settings] page can view the cost and touchpoint data of TikTok campaigns in the Airbridge dashboard. Follow the steps below to enable cost integration.
1. Navigate to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration] and select TikTok For Business.
2. In the [Cost Integration] tab, switch on the [TikTok For Business Cost Integration] toggle and click Add an account.
3. Log in to your TikTok For Business account in the pop-up window.
4. Decide the level of access you want to give Airbridge and click Confirm. If you want to track the cost and touchpoint data of your TikTok campaigns in Airbridge, check all 4 items.
5. Select the TikTok For Business ad account you want to integrate with Airbridge and click Complete.
6. Now, the TikTok For Business ad account you selected will be listed on the cost integration page in Airbridge. The status will show “Waiting” until the next data import, which could take up to 4 hours. If your TikTok For Business ad account is verified within the next 4 hours, the cost data will be pulled into Airbridge, and the status will change to “Active.”
To disable the integration, switch off the cost integration toggle. No data will be pulled once the integration is disabled. Data already pulled into Airbridge is not affected.
The account information remains saved to Airbridge unless you remove the ad account from the integrated account list. By switching back the toggle on, the cost integration is enabled again with existing account information.
Select the ad account you wish to delete from the integrated ad account list and click Delete to delete it.
If you want to reconnect the deleted ad account, you need to add the ad account and set up the connection from the beginning.
Upon submitting your ad account information to Airbridge, you can check if the integration is running. The status may show “Waiting” even when the account is successfully added if no data has been pulled yet.
For more details on the data import schedule and integration status, refer to the below information.
To ensure accuracy, Airbridge pulls the cost data several times throughout the day.
Frequency: Every 4 hours, 6 times a day starting 3:00 PM (UTC)
Schedule: 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 11:00 PM, 3:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM (UTC)
Data pulled: Cost data from the past 7 days, from D-0 to D-6
The last data update time is found under “Last Updated” in the integrated account list.
The integration status shows your cost integration and data update status at a glance.

If the connected ad account has active campaigns running for multiple apps, the cost data is integrated with Airbridge by individual apps.
Unspecified ad account name
Airbridge receives a null value for the Ad Account ID if a user has not specified the ad account name in the TikTok For Business dashboard. Selecting Ad Account ID as GroupBy in the Actuals Report or the Trend Report may show an empty column.
The data pulled via cost integration is provided by the app time zone and app standard currency set within Airbridge.
To minimize data discrepancy, align your app’s currency and time zone settings in your Airbridge dashboard and your ad channel’s dashboard.
The Cost (Channel) metric, which shows your ad spend reported by the ad channel, displays value only when used with specific GroupBys.
Below are the GroupBys that can be used in the Actuals Report to view data with the metric:
Channel
Campaign
Ad Group
Ad Creative
Depending on the data reported, the metric may not display any value even if you use the GroupBys above.
Once the cost integration is enabled, the following campaign details are advised not to be edited to avoid any error in pulling data into Airbridge.
Campaign name
Ad group
Ad creative name
The cost and touchpoint data of campaigns recently deleted from the TikTok Ads Manager are included in the data Airbridge pulls from TikTok For Business via cost integration.
Let’s say you deleted a campaign from the TikTok Ads Manager at 9:00 AM on Jan 1 (UTC). The cost and touchpoint data of the deleted campaign will still be pulled into Airbridge at 11:00 AM on Jan 1 (UTC) because Airbridge pulls data from the past 7 days.
The TikTok Ads Manager does not offer any labeling system to allow Airbridge to distinguish deleted campaigns from active ones. Therefore, if you want to view the same data on your Airbridge dashboard and your TikTok Ads Manager dashboard, make sure you enable your TikTok Ads Manager to display the data of deleted campaigns as well.
