Create audiences in Airbridge
These are common questions about creating a new audience. Why does the estimated audience size change when I change the identifier types?
Why does the estimated audience size change when I change the identifier types?
When you change which identifier types to extract, the estimated audience size changes with them. The estimated size counts only users who have at least one of the selected identifier types. As a result, the range of users counted changes each time you add or remove an identifier type.
Why do I see Additional condition required when I create an audience?
Why do I see Additional condition required when I create an audience?
If you define an audience using only conditions that return zero users, such as Didn’t perform login 1 or more times or Performed purchase 0 or fewer times, Airbridge shows Additional condition required. Event data is collected only from the moment a user first performs an event, so these conditions alone cannot count any users.
Condition settings where the user count is 0 or fewer
To fix this, add at least one Performed condition that returns a positive user count. Airbridge then calculates the audience from the users who meet both the positive condition and the zero-or-fewer condition.
