You can use Airbridge tracking links to collect touchpoints and send users to your intended destination. After creating tracking links, you need to embed them into the campaigns on your owned or earned media channels, such as your website, social media campaigns, emails, etc.

When a user clicks the ad where the tracking link is embedded, the click data is collected, and the user is sent to the intended destination.
Refer to the general tracking link use case below.
1. Create a tracking link.
2. Embed the tracking link into your campaign in your owned or earned media channel.
3. A user clicks the ad where the tracking link is embedded.
4. The touchpoint data is collected. The user is redirected to the configured destination.
5. The data collected through the tracking link is sent to Airbridge and is made available in the Airbridge reports.
By adding parameters to the tracking link, you can collect additional campaign data and send users to specific destinations. The tracking link format is as follows.
https://abr.ge/@app_name/channel_name?parameter1={parameter1 value}¶meter2={parameter2 value}

The custom domain and social share preview configuration options are available to all Airbridge users, regardless of their contracted plans. The tracking links you create under the DeepLink Plan is equivalent to the Custom Channel tracking links described in the user guide articles linked below.
The tracking link is provided in both long and short formats and also in QR codes format. The custom domain and social share preview can be configured to enhance user experience.
