You can manage all tracking links created to date in one place on the Airbridge Dashboard.
Navigate to [Tracking Links]>[Tracking Link Management] in the Airbridge dashboard to manage the information for all tracking links created via the Airbridge dashboard, generator templates, and API. You can also create a new tracking link by clicking Create tracking link on the top right.
In [Tracking Link Management], you can view tracking links based on their creation type and channel type. You can select multiple options for the creation type such as Dashboard, Generator, API, and N/A. API refers to tracking links created using the Create Tracking Link API, while N/A refers to tracking links created before December 22, 2022, whose creation type cannot be displayed. For the channel type, you can select either Integrated Channel or Custom Channel.
Note
All tracking links in Airbridge are created through the Create Tracking Link API. Since the dashboard and Generator are the main ways to create them, they're categorized as separate creation types. So when you select API as the creation type, only links created directly through the API appear, excluding those created via the dashboard or Generator.
You can enter a search term in the search bar to find both long and short tracking links that contain that term. The search results will show all tracking links that contain the entered term in the link itself, channel names, creation accounts, and all parameters except for deeplink_url. The search term must be at least two characters long, excluding spaces, and will be highlighted in yellow in the search results.
For example, if you search for "link," the results will show all tracking links containing "link" such as promolink or facebook_link. If a short tracking link or a custom channel tracking link created with a custom domain is not appearing in the search, enter the entire tracking link into the search bar.
Click Add in [Filter] to enter criteria and their values to filter tracking links. For each filter, you can enter up to 5 values by pressing the Enter or Space key. You can modify an existing filter values by clicking on it.
The filter results will show all tracking links that contain the entered filter value. For example, if you enter "link" as a filter value, all tracking links containing "link," such as promolink or facebook_link, will appear in the filter results.
Click the [eye] icon next to a filter to disable or enable it. Click Clear all filters to reset current selections.
You can click Download to download the list of tracking links as a CSV file or a Google Sheet file. You can download a maximum of 10,000 tracking links at one time. The tracking links will be downloaded in the exact order they appear in the Dashboard.
This feature is only available to users with the Owner role when the app is in development mode. By clicking Delete all tracking links under [Settings]>[App Settings], you can permanently delete all tracking links created for the app at once. Note that once deleted, the links can no longer be viewed in the [Tracking Link Management] list or restored. However, any previously deployed tracking links will continue to function normally.
When you click a tracking link, you can see the tracking link details, including the date and time the link was created, which Airbridge account user created the link, and the configured redirection paths of the link. The blue items can be copied when you click on them.
When clicking View details • Edit, you can view additional details of the tracking link, modify the redirection paths, or edit the social share preview in the side panel that appears on the right.
In [Edit Path], you can edit the destination for user redirection.
In [Social Share Preview], you can view the image, title, and description of the preview and make edits.
In [QR Code], you can edit the QR code image file type and size and download the QR code.
Click See in Actuals to open the Actuals report in a new tab, with the same metric and GroupBy applied as the tracking link's parameters. Use this to check the data collected by the tracking link.
Click Duplicate to copy a tracking link's campaign optimization parameters and redirection paths into [Link Generation].
