Audience Manager enables you to create an Audience, a user group that satisfies specific criteria such as 'performed a specific event' or 'performed events with specific property'. You are able to use the Audience to optimize your campaigns such as re-targeting or de-targeting but also the cohort analysis. Save Audience and download it in CSV format to upload to Ad Networks such as Facebook.

💡 Audience Manager is only available for the user type of 'Owner' and 'In-house Marketer'

Glossary

  • Airbridge Device ID: Airbridge device ID is used to compute the audience

    • Airbridge Device ID includes GAID, IDFA, IDFV, and Random generated ID.

    • If you want to export a specific ADID (GAID or IDFA), you should add the property of 'Airbridge Device ID' and filter to that specific ADID.

💡 For the purpose of uploading the audience to the Facebook and Google Ads, you must export Audience along with 'Airbridge Device ID is GAID, IDFA' (or 'is not Random Generated, IDFV') as Facebook and Google Ads only support GAID and IDFA.

  • Segment: A user group binding by 'OR' criteria
  • Estimated Size: Calculated by sampling the audience (10% of the total users). The actual audience size can be different from the estimated user size within the margin of error even if it's in the same criteria.
    • Airbridge uses 'Airbridge Device ID' to calculate 'Estimated size'.
  • Last Computed at: The last date-time that audience was calculated. You will be able to recompute audiences by clicking on the 'Recompute' button.

How to Create Audience
