Airbridge provides one organization per plan. An organization groups the apps registered under it. To give each user the right permissions, set their role correctly.
Permissions are granted based on roles. There are two role types: organization roles and app roles.
An organization role is assigned at the organization level. Depending on the organization role, a user can invite or delete other users in the organization and grant app access to others.
The Admin is the user who created the organization and is the only role that can edit the organization name. An Admin can invite or delete users and assign organization and app roles during the invite. An Admin can also change the organization and app roles of existing users and add new apps.
A Manager manages other users in the organization but cannot edit the organization name. Like an Admin, a Manager can invite or delete users. A Manager can assign or change others' organization roles only to Manager or Member, while app roles can be assigned freely. A Manager can also add new apps.
A Member can only view other users in the organization. No other permissions are granted.
An Agency is granted permissions by an Admin or Manager. An Agency has limited access to the apps it's granted and can grant access to other users in the same agency for those apps only.
An app role is assigned at the app level. It determines which Airbridge features and data a user can access in that app.
The Owner can access all Airbridge features and data in an app. Unlike other app roles, the Owner can delete the app in Airbridge. Whoever registers an app in Airbridge becomes its Owner. To grant permissions to other users, the organization role must be Admin or Manager, regardless of the Owner app role.
The In-house Marketer can access all Airbridge features and data in an app except deleting it. To grant permissions to other users, the organization role must be Admin or Manager, regardless of the In-house Marketer app role.
The Agency has limited access to Airbridge features and data from a marketing perspective. An Agency can only access data collected by users granted the same agency permission. Some data requires additional permission to view.
The Media Partner has limited access to Airbridge features and data from an ad channel perspective. A Media Partner can only access data attributed to the ad channels it operates.
