Web Campaign Tracking - Meta Ads

Airbridge supports Meta ads web campaign tracking via tracking links. Follow the steps below to measure your Meta ads web campaigns in Airbridge. The web campaign performance data can be viewed along with the app campaign data in the Airbridge reports.

Note

Your Meta ads performance data is available as "facebook.business" channel data in Airbridge.

1. Navigate to [Tracking Link]>[Link Generation]>[Integrated Channels], or navigate to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration]>[Facebook Business], select the [Tracking Link (Web)] tab and click the “Create tracking links” button.

2. Select “Facebook Business” from the Channel dropdown list. The tracking link parameter fields will be automatically filled. It is advised not to modify the preset parameters.

3. Enter the destination URL per platform.

Attention

You can only set the web destination of the tracking link for web campaigns. If you want to track app campaigns or redirect users to an app store page or an in-app page, refer to the article below and proceed with the channel integration.

5. The tracking links you created can be looked up in the [Link Management]. The channel type of the tracking link for Meta ads web campaigns is “Integrated,” and the channel name is “facebook.business.” For more details, refer to this article.

The tracking links for Meta ads web campaigns collect only click data. Impression data is not collected.

1. Log in to your Meta Ads Manager account and click the “Create” button.

2. Select your campaign objective. Don’t select “App promotion” as you want to track web campaigns.

3. In the “Conversion” section, select “Website” as the conversion location.

4. In the “Destination” section, paste the tracking link for the Meta ads web campaign tracking you created in Airbridge into the “Website URL” field.
