On the [Integration Overview] page, the integration status of only 1 ad account per ad channel is displayed according to the following priority order: Failed, No data, Waiting, and Success. The last synced time is also aligned with the integration status.
For instance, if 4 ad accounts have been connected for data integration, and each integration status is Failed, No data, Waiting, and Success, the integration status on the [Integration Overview] page will show only Failed.
When the integration status shows “No data,” it means that the integration is complete, but no data has been pulled. Check if your campaigns are running successfully in all ad accounts connected to Airbridge.
By default, only in-app events are sent to ad channels via postbacks.
Contact your Airbridge CSM to send web events via postbacks.
If you want to request integration with a new ad channel, share the media partner integration request form with your media partner. When the request is submitted, the Airbridge team will promptly work on the integration and provide an update.
