View Smadex campaign performance in Airbridge by integrating Smadex with Airbridge. Go to [Integrations]>[Ad Channel Integration]>[Smadex] to set up the integration.
Go to the [Tracking Link] tab to create and manage tracking links. For detailed instructions, refer to the articles below.
Attention
Set up postback before using tracking links. Postback must be set up before data collection to ensure all collected data is sent to the ad channel. If not, data collected through tracking links will not be sent to the ad channel.
Set up and manage cost integration to view ad spend data in the Airbridge dashboard.
Ask your contact at Smadex to provide the following credentials:
API Key
Follow the steps below to register your Smadex credentials in the Airbridge dashboard.
Go to [Integration]>[Ad Channel Integration] and select Smadex.
Click the [Cost Integration] tab, turn on the [Smadex Cost Integration] toggle, and click + Add account.
Enter the API Key, then click Done.
The integrated account appears in the Airbridge dashboard. A newly added account shows a Waiting status for up to 4 hours. The status changes to Success once Airbridge has successfully collected the cost data.
To pause or remove an integration, refer to the sections below.
Turn off the toggle to pause the integration. Airbridge stops collecting cost data once the integration is paused.
Any data collected before the pause remains available in Airbridge reports.
Airbridge retains the credentials of the integrated account, so you can resume the integration at any time by turning the toggle on. However, deleting the integrated account removes these credentials.
Select the account from the integrated account list and click Delete to remove the account. To re-integrate the account after deletion, set up the integration from the beginning.
Check the current status of your cost integration through the status message. Even after completing the integration setup, the status message shows Waiting until Airbridge has successfully received the data.
See the full list of status messages and cost import schedule below.

Difference between Clicks and Clicks (Channel)
Both Clicks and Clicks (Channel) show click count, but the data source differs:
Clicks: Collected through Airbridge tracking links
Clicks (Channel): Provided by the ad channel
Any metric with (Channel) in its name represents data provided by the integrated ad channel. The same applies to Impressions and Impressions (Channel).
Go to the [Postback] tab and set up conditions for sending data collected by Airbridge tracking links and SDK. You can use the data sent through postbacks for campaign optimization and ad spend settlement.
To allow agencies to set up integrations or view campaign performance and costs, an Owner or Internal Marketer must grant access to them. Go to the [Agency Settings] tab to grant access.
To edit the lookback window and attribution window, go to the [Attribution Rule] tab and click Go to edit page. This opens the [Management]>[Attribution Rules] page, where you can make your changes.
