The [Integration Overview] page allows you to easily monitor the integration status between Airbridge and ad channels.
Navigate to [Integrations]>[Integration Overview] to check the integration status of all ad channels at a glance.
Navigate to [Integrations]>[Integration Overview]. Under [Source], you can check if data is being successfully pulled from the integrated ad channels to Airbridge. Types of integrations found under [Source] are as follows:
Channel integration
Cost integration
SKAN integration
Each ad channel supports different types of integrations. For more details, refer to the articles that provide instructions for integration per ad channel.
Next to the integration type names of each ad channel, you can find the integration status that is displayed in different colors. The status update schedule varies, with channel, cost, and SKAN integration statuses being updated every 1 hour, 4 hours, and 24 hours, respectively.
Read on to learn more about the integration status.
Status | Description |

Not configured | The integration is not complete. |
Waiting | The integration is complete, but the status has not been updated yet. This status may remain for up to 1 hour. |
Success | The data is being pulled and updated regularly. |
No data | The integration is complete, but no data has been pulled. Check if your campaigns are running. Some channels require integration per platform. If any of the platforms are not integrated, no data is pulled. |
Failed | The data can’t be pulled due to an error. |

Click on each type of integration to view integration status details and quickly identify any issues that may have occurred. Click See details > to move to the integration settings page of the respective ad channels.
Under [Postback], you can check the list of ad channels receiving postbacks from Airbridge. Click the ad channel name to configure postbacks for that ad channel.
The cost integration status can also be found on the cost integration settings page of each ad channel. Because cost integration is set up on an ad-account basis, the status is also provided by the ad account.
If you have connected multiple ad accounts of an ad channel with Airbridge for data integration, the integration status of each ad account may differ. However, on the [Integration Overview] page, the integration status of only 1 ad account is displayed according to the following priority order: Failed, No data, Waiting, and Success.
For instance, if you have connected 4 ad accounts for data integration, and each integration status is Failed, No data, Waiting, and Success, the integration status on the [Integration Overview] page will show only Failed.
The channel integration status for Apple Search Ads is not available on the [Integration Overview] page because the integration setup process for Apple Search Ads is not needed once the Airbridge SDK is integrated into your app.
