Build your own metrics to use in reports with the Custom Metric Manager. If you need a metric beyond the ones Airbridge provides, you can create it as a custom metric.
A custom metric combines existing metrics with numbers and arithmetic operators. Build the exact formula you need, whether that involves dividing two metrics to find a ratio, adding several metrics together, or multiplying a metric by a specific weight.
CTR (Click-Through Rate) measures the ratio of clicks to ad impressions. A high CTR for ads using a specific keyword or creative indicates strong performance. To track CTR, create a custom metric as follows:
CTR = Clicks / Impressions * 100
If your team measures performance by the ratio of revenue to a key owned media metric, you can create a custom metric as follows:
RpO(Revenue per OwnedMedia) = Revenue (App) / OwnedMedia
Airbridge cannot collect owned media data directly. You must upload the OwnedMedia values as self-serve metrics to use them in the formulas. For example, you can upload blog visits, social media likes, or video platform views as self-serve metrics.

As of June 4, 2026, Calculated Metrics have been renamed Custom Metrics, and you can now create them directly in the dashboard. Any metrics you previously requested through your CSM can be found in [Custom Metric Manager].
Attention
Custom metrics are shared across your organization. Every app within the organization can use them.
Custom metrics are only available in the Actuals Report, Trend Report, and Overview Dashboard.
You cannot use cohort metrics or previously created custom metrics to build a new custom metric.
Follow these steps to create a custom metric.
In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Management]>[Custom Metric Manager] and click Create metric.
Enter a metric name.
Select a metric type. Choose between Float and Integer based on how you want the result displayed:
Float: Displays values with decimal places
Integer: Displays whole numbers only
Enter the metric formula. You can combine metrics with numbers and arithmetic operators. Build your formula using the buttons in the input field, or drag and drop metrics directly from the right panel. The [Formula preview] shows the structure of your formula as you build it. Keep the following in mind.
Available metrics: Only metrics with collected data are shown. Cohort metrics and previously created custom metrics cannot be used.
Metric filters: Click on a metric within the formula to apply filters.
Parentheses: The part of the formula inside parentheses is calculated first. You can nest parentheses up to 3 levels deep.
Once all fields are filled out, click Done.
Manage the custom metrics you've created in the Airbridge dashboard under [Management]>[Custom Metric Manager]. Each custom metric displays the following details.
You can edit, duplicate, or delete custom metrics as needed.
In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Management]>[Custom Metric Manager] and click the row of the metric you want to edit. When the row expands, click Edit. You can also click Edit directly under the [Actions] column for that metric.
In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Management]>[Custom Metric Manager] and click the row of the metric you want to duplicate. When the row expands, click Duplicate. You can also click Duplicate directly under the [Actions] column for that metric.
In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Management]>[Custom Metric Manager] and click Delete under the [Actions] column for the metric you want to delete.
