The status in [Integration Overview] is not based on a specific account. When multiple accounts are integrated, errors from any one account will show as an error for that ad channel. Check detailed status for each account in the ad channel's integration settings menu.
It indicates that data collection and transmission attempts were made normally, but there is no data to collect or transmit. Check whether ads are being run in the connected ad account or whether ads are being displayed normally.
By default, only in-app events are sent to ad channels via postbacks.
Contact your Airbridge CSM to send web events via postbacks.
If you want to request integration with a new ad channel, share the media partner integration request form with your media partner. When the request is submitted, the Airbridge team will promptly work on the integration and provide an update.
