The estimated audience size varies based on the selected identifier types. This is because the size is estimated based on users who have at least 1 of the selected identifier types.
When all conditions in an audience return a user count of 0 or fewer, the audience cannot be calculated. The table below lists condition settings that result in a user count of 0 or fewer.
Event data is only collected when a user first performs an event. Conditions like “Didn't perform Sign In 1 or more times” or “Performed Purchase 0 or fewer times” return no users because there is no base dataset to filter from.
Add at least one Performed event condition that returns a positive user count. The audience will then include users who satisfy both the positive condition and the 0-or-fewer conditions. See the image below.
