App access levels and web tracking links for Meta ads
All agency users can create and edit tracking links for web ads regardless of the app access settings and view the data collected through the tracking links created within their agency.
Admins and Managers can view the agencies that can access the Meta ads campaign data on the [Agency Settings] page.
Admins and Managers must configure agencies' app access settings on the [Organization]>[Agency] page so that agencies can access the Meta ads campaign data and integration settings.
