The benefits of using Standard Events are as follows:
Standard Events support metrics that allow you to view the rich data collected using various event properties, including the Event Value.
Standard Events are aligned with Airbridge’s latest updates, ensuring timely and thorough support for new features.
Standard Events are automatically mapped when you send postbacks to ad channels or events to third-party platforms.
The benefits of using Semantic Attributes are as follows:
For Semantic Attributes, columns are created per event detail, facilitating raw data exports, etc. For Custom Attributes, on the other hand, JSON strings are provided.
Semantic Attributes are automatically mapped when you send postbacks to ad channels and events to third-party platforms.
Make sure that the events you sent have been successfully received by the ad channel or the third-party platform.
The data mapping rules, including the event property naming rules, vary by ad channels and third-party platforms. It is possible that your ad channel or third-party platform may not support the rules set by Airbridge.
The "Move to App (Link)" event is not actually generated by the user but by the tracking link in the ad that the user clicked. Even when the user is redirected to an app market or a website because the app is not installed, the "Move to App (Link)" app will be recorded.
For example, out of a total of 1000 "Move to App (Link)" events, there could be 400 instances where users are redirected to the app and 600 instances where users are redirected to an app market. Alternatively, there could be 500 instances of users being redirected to the app and 500 instances of redirection to an app market.
The counts of the "Move to Web (Link)," "Move to App Store (Link)," and "Move to Google Play (Link)" events are equivalent to the number of redirection to a website, redirection to the Apple App Store, and redirection to the Google Play Store, respectively.
