  • If you have a designated CSM (Customer Success Manager), please reach out to your CSM directly for faster response.
  • When reporting an issue, please provide us screenshot, log, error message, or tracking link to expedite our investigation.
  • If you’d like to report a new issue, please consider sending us a new ticket, using the existing ticket for a different inquiry could delay response.
  • If you are an Ad Agency, please provide us with the App ID along with your inquiry.

Kindly provide us with a detailed description along with relevant screenshots, logs, error messages, tracking links, etc.

Find your App ID in the Dashboard [Setting]>[App Info]. If you are an Agency user, please enter your App ID.
