# ChatGPT Ads

View ChatGPT Ads campaign performance in Airbridge by integrating ChatGPT Ads with Airbridge. Go to **\[Integrations]>\[Ad Channel Integration]>\[ChatGPT Ads]** to set up the integration.

## Collect data with tracking links

Go to the **\[Tracking Link]** tab to create and manage tracking links. For detailed instructions, refer to the articles below.

  Set up postback before using tracking links. If postback is not set up, data collected through tracking links will not be sent to the ad channel.

### Enter the tracking link in OpenAI Ads Manager

Enter the tracking link created in Airbridge into OpenAI Ads Manager.

1. Sign in to [OpenAI Ads Manager](https://ads.openai.com/).
2. In **\[Campaigns]**, click **Create** and then **Create campaign**.
3. Go to **\[Create Ad Group & Ads]**.
4. Split the tracking link at `?`. Enter the part before `?` in **\[Default Ad Destination URL]** and the part after `?` in **\[Tracking parameters]**. See the example below.

   * **Default Ad Destination URL**<br />{"https://abr.ge/@{appname}/openai"}
   * **Tracking parameters**<br />{"ad_creative_id={ad_id}&ad_group_id={ad_group_id}&campaign_id={campaign_id}&click_id={oppref}&routing_short_id=2sodgg&tracking_template_id=f18503ca946b282796b484c39cb8a715&ad_type=click"}

   If you enter the part after `?` in **\[Default Ad Destination URL]**, the tracking link will not work. Make sure to split the tracking link as shown in the example.

## Set up postback

Go to the **\[Postback]** tab and set up conditions for sending data collected by Airbridge tracking links and SDK. You can use the data sent through postbacks for campaign optimization and ad spend settlement.

To send events to ChatGPT Ads through postbacks, you need to register your ChatGPT Ads Pixel ID and Conversion key as postback keys in the **\[Postback]** tab.

### Get postback keys from ChatGPT Ads

Follow the steps below to get your postback keys:

#### Find the Pixel ID

1. Go to **\[Tools]>\[Conversions]** in OpenAI Ads Manager.
2. In the **\[Data Source]** tab, find the Pixel ID under the pixel name. If you don't have a pixel yet, click **Create** and then **Data source**.

#### Find the Conversion key

1. Go to **\[Tools]>\[Conversions]** in OpenAI Ads Manager.
2. Click the **\[Conversion keys]** icon to the right of **\[Conversions]**.
3. Click **Create new key**. The new Conversion key is displayed.

  **Attention**

  Copy the Conversion key as soon as it is created and store it separately. Once created, the Conversion key cannot be viewed again in OpenAI Ads Manager.

### Register the postback keys in the Airbridge dashboard

1. In the Airbridge dashboard, go to **\[Integrations]>\[Ad Channel Integration]** and click **ChatGPT Ads**.
2. In the **\[Postback]** tab, click **Postback Keys**.
3. Enter the Pixel ID and Conversion key from OpenAI Ads Manager.

### Events sent via postback

The standard events you can send to ChatGPT Ads via postback are listed below. You can also send custom events. Only letters, numbers, and the special characters `_` `-` are allowed in custom event names.

## Manage agencies

To allow agencies to set up integrations or view campaign performance and costs, an Owner or Internal Marketer must grant access to them. Go to the **\[Agency Settings]** tab to grant access.

## Edit lookback and attribution windows

To edit the lookback window and attribution window, go to the **\[Attribution Rule]** tab and click **Go to edit page**. This opens the **\[Management]>\[Attribution Rules]** page, where you can make your changes.
