# Use AI Report

Get AI reports on your Airbridge data analyzed by Pilot and use them to decide your next steps.

## AI reports

An AI report is a report that Pilot generates by analyzing your Airbridge data. To generate a report, set the data to include in the AI analysis, any custom requests, and other options. You can also generate reports on a recurring schedule. When a report is generated, you can get notified via Slack or email, and you can download completed reports.

## Create AI reports

Create an AI report by setting the data for Pilot to analyze, how often to generate the report, and other options. Go to **\[Airbridge AI]>\[AI Report]** in the Airbridge dashboard.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Note**
>
> You can generate up to 40 AI reports per month. Each month runs from the 1st to the last day in the [app time zone](https://help.airbridge.io/en/guides/set-app-timezone.md). To check how many reports you've generated this month, view **\[Reports generated]** in **\[Recurring Report Settings]**.

1. Click **Create report** to the right of **\[Recurring Report Settings]**.
2. In **\[Analysis scope]**, select at least one item for the AI report to analyze. The following items are available:

   | Group | Item | Description |
   | - | - | - |
   | Campaign | Touchpoints | Analyzes impressions and clicks for the ad channels you select. |
   | Campaign | Installs and CPI | Analyzes installs for the install types and ad channels you select. |
   | User behavior | Funnel | Calculates conversion rates for the events you select. Each rate is calculated among users who performed the previous event. |
   | User behavior | Custom events | Analyzes the events you select, counted the way you choose. |
   | Revenue | Revenue and ROAS | Analyzes revenue metrics for the events and ad channels you select. Revenue is calculated only for ad channels with cost integration completed. |
   | User activity | Retention | Calculates retention for the events and date range you select. |
   | User activity | Active users | Analyzes the active user metrics you select. |

You can leave an item's detailed conditions on AI recommendation or edit them. Some items are set to AI recommendation by default, which lets Pilot optimize their detailed conditions. To set an item's detailed conditions yourself, click **Edit** and change the conditions.
3. If needed, in **\[Reference reports]**, select saved reports for Pilot to refer to when generating the report. You can select up to 3 saved reports.
4. Set **\[Analysis date range]** and **\[Report language]**. The analysis date range sets which dates Pilot analyzes. The report language sets which language Pilot writes the report in.
5. In **\[Frequency]**, select **Recurring** or **One-time**. If you select **Recurring**, also set how often to generate reports, **\[Generation time]**, **\[End date]**, and **\[First report]**.
6. If needed, in **\[Custom request]**, enter the results you want the report to include or any other requests.
7. Enter a title in **\[Report title]** and click **Create**.

### Set up notifications

Get notified via Slack or email when an AI report is generated. You can set up only one notification per app, not one for each report setting.

1. Click the Slack and email icon to the right of **\[Recurring Report Settings]**.
2. In **\[Notification channels]**, turn on the toggle for each channel where you want to receive notifications:
   * **Slack**: In the window that opens when you turn on the toggle, connect the Slack channel to receive notifications. Once connected, the channel name appears next to **Slack**.
   * **Email**: Turn on the toggle and enter email addresses. You can enter up to 20 recipients.
3. Click **Save**.

## View AI reports

View completed AI reports to review Pilot's analysis. Go to **\[Airbridge AI]>\[AI Report]** in the Airbridge dashboard, and find completed AI reports in **\[Generated Reports]**. Click a report's title to open the AI report.

### Ask Pilot questions

Ask Pilot questions about an AI report, or ask Pilot to edit the report content. Click **Ask Pilot** in the upper-right corner of the AI report or in any of its sections, and enter your question.

### Download AI reports

In **\[Recurring Report Settings]**, turn off the **\[Schedule]** toggle to stop generating reports with those settings. Turn it back on to resume generating reports. You cannot turn on the **\[Schedule]** toggle for report settings whose end date has passed. Edit the report settings and enter a new end date.
